Meenjhar has conducted 9 health check-up camps at Kali Beri and Anganwa settlements and regularly works in the settlement school to educate the kids and be the big sister while helping the immigrants naturalize by connecting them with the government, empowered citizens, and industries. Meenjhar volunteers regularly work with Shri Hindu Singh Sodha to help the immigrants.

Several immigrants have the potential to become a human resource for the nation but are limited to their status of just being ‘refugees’ and devoid of necessity needs and the plight of IDs.
Prosecution of minorities of the immigrant communities on the basis of religion in their homeland

Action Taken

Provide basic amenities with help from the government and social organisations such as the Rotary Club, Akshypatra, and the Red Cross.
Access to lawyers and police department for legal registration.
Work with JDA and various temples to provide them with basic housing.
Provide them certificate for validation of their originality and background so that they get work,
Add them to the farming sector and handicraft sector.
